All orders are made to order. Please allow approximately 2 to 4 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
- Domestic orders: approximately 5 to 10 business days
- International orders: approximately 7 to 21 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight or value. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. GoodVibesTees is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
7. Delays and Carrier Issues
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members or neighbours
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Wait 1 to 2 business days in case of a carrier scan delay

9. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately depending on availability or production location. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments initiated by us.
