1. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

All orders are made to order. Please allow approximately 2 to 4 business days for processing. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted print and fulfilment partners with facilities in various regions. Your order ships from the location closest to you when possible.


2. Returns, Exchanges and Issues

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges depend on stock availability.


What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.


Are sale items or discounted items refundable?

Some sale or discounted items may be final sale. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.


3. Orders & Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in production.


I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with your correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update it for you.


My package shows delivered but I cannot find it. What can I do?

Check with neighbours or household members, confirm your shipping address, and wait 1–2 business days. If still missing, contact your carrier, then reach out to us.


4. Sizing & Product Details

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our tees are available from XS to 3XL, with some designs up to larger sizes.


Do your shirts run true to size?

Our unisex retail fit generally runs true to size. Size up for a more relaxed fit.


What kind of fabric do you use?

We use soft, lightweight cotton or cotton-blend jersey tees depending on the colour.


How should I care for my shirt?

For best results, machine wash cold, turn inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods such as credit or debit cards, depending on availability at checkout.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
