Refund Policy

At GoodVibesTees, we want you to feel great in what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from stains, scents, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items or discounted items
- Final sale items
- Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered
3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size or colour changes, depending on availability. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production.

8. Items Lost in Transit
GoodVibesTees is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when checking out.
